Everything that is paid for belongs to it, never to a person. Three roles: Owner, Administrator, Member.

Each trade app has its own, every month, for the whole organisation. Only the amount of AI is limited.

One wallet of credits pays for all the AI.
One per organisation. 1 credit is worth €0.001 excl. VAT: €10 excl. VAT buys 10,000 credits.
- What it pays for
- The AI of Agora and of every app, and only the AI. It renews every month, on the subscription's anniversary date.
- What fills it
- Each Agora Pro seat (10,000 credits a month), each paid app seat, your top-ups and the credits granted by Klair.
- Top-ups
- 10,000, 50,000, or 100,000 credits for €10, €50, or €100 excl. VAT. At any time, trial included, added to the balance at once.
- At zero
- Nothing is lost: the work waits, and resumes with a top-up or at the month's renewal.
- The free seats
- Separate: they never touch the wallet.
- Validity
- The credits included in seats do not carry over from one month to the next; purchased credits stay valid for 12 months.
Your project: a firm price, on quote, paid by milestones.
- The price
- Set once, on the specification: each project has its own. No day rate, no time and materials.
- The milestones
- The quote splits the price into milestones, each with its content and its amount. You pay one milestone at a time.
- When
- Each milestone is paid at its acceptance; the next one starts once the previous one is settled.

After delivery, if Klair runs your app, you choose its size in the quote. Billing starts when it goes live. Neither hosting nor operations carries a numbered availability commitment (no SLA).

In every size: every new version put online, a secure address (HTTPS), sign-in with the Klair account, the platform's security updates, backups kept 30 days and restored on request. The project appears in your space as a private app.
Custom: a size plus lines from the published grid, on quote. If the app outgrows its size, Klair tells you and offers the next one.

A Klair agent makes the first pass; the team steps in during business hours. Each release is approved by Klair, or by you if you prefer. Larger changes are quoted. Operations is reserved for projects built and hosted by Klair.
One subscription, one invoice a month.
- One invoice
- A single subscription, monthly or yearly, brings together the seats of Agora and of every app. One invoice a month, issued by our accounting software, Pennylane.
- Hosting
- Today on its own monthly subscription: one per organisation, a line per hosted project.
- Per purchase
- Credit top-ups and project milestones, outside the subscription.
- The card
- Asked at the first real payment only: the end of the Agora trial, the first paid seat, the first top-up or the acceptance of the first milestone. Never at sign-up.
- Manage my subscription
- This button opens the secure space of Stripe, our payment provider, to change card or cancel. Only owners pay.
- Cancellation
- It takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Prices
- All excluding VAT.
Before you pay
Do members without a seat pay?
No. You pay per seat, never for the whole organisation: a member who follows a project, or keeps a free seat in an application, costs nothing.
Can the number of seats change mid-month?
Yes, at any time, in Klair. A change mid-month is billed prorated, at once.
Can I pay by direct debit?
Yes: at the first payment, you choose the card or SEPA direct debit. On contract, seats and credits are set by the contract, with no online payment.
What if a payment fails?
Everything carries on for 14 days, with reminder emails. After that, the organisation becomes read-only, then resumes a few minutes after payment.
