The klair-ai.fr website (the "Site"), the klair.dev service (sign-in, the client portal and starting a project), Agora (agora.klair.dev) and the klair applications published under the klair.dev domain are published by KLAIR AI ("klair"), a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with share capital of €1,000.00, registered in the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 107 073 769.
klair works for businesses in two ways: it designs, develops and, on request, hosts and operates custom business software, on a fixed-price basis, under a signed Specification; and it publishes an applications platform, including Agora, organisations' agent-based assistant, and business applications, used by subscription.

Agora, klair's applications, the software hosted for our clients and their databases are hosted by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Azure) — One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland — +353 1 706 3117 — in the France Central region.
The main database and the authentication service are hosted by Supabase, Inc. — 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992 — supabase.com, in France (Paris).

04Intellectual property
The Site, the client portal, Agora, klair's applications and all text, layout, graphics, logos, and software that make them up are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of klair or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without klair's prior written authorisation is prohibited, save for the limited rights granted in our terms of service. Ownership of the custom software klair develops for its clients is governed by those terms. Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and the other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
05Personal data and cookies
How klair collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data — including data received from the Google and Microsoft services you connect — and the rights you have under the GDPR are set out in our privacy policy. The cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage them, are described in our cookies policy. Our supervisory authority is the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, cnil.fr).
06Business clients only
klair offers the Site, the client portal, its platform and all its services solely to businesses and to professionals acting in the course of their activity. They are not directed at consumers within the meaning of the French Code de la consommation. The consumer-mediation regime (Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation) therefore does not apply. Disputes are handled as set out in our terms of service.
07Reporting unlawful content
To report content on the Site or on a klair service that you believe to be unlawful, write to abuse@klair.dev with the URL and a description of the issue, so we can act under the procedure provided for by the LCEN and by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services.
08Language
These legal notices are drafted in French, the only authoritative version. The English and Spanish translations are provided as a courtesy; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
