AgoraThe base

Every team, in one place.

In Agora, each department works with its agents and with the other departments, in step: everyone entrusts their work, follows the others', and nothing goes out without your approval.

A 14-day trial with a company e-mail address: card required, no charge before the trial ends, cancel any time.

Entrust, connect, approve.

You entrust a mission, the agents work on the data you open to them, and nothing goes out without your approval.

  1. Entrust

Describe to Klair a piece of work your team does today, one-off or recurring, and attach an example if you have one. The mission sheet fills in as you talk, with no form. Before anything starts, you review the planned scope, access and actions, then give your approval.

  2. Connect

Teams first: in channels, each department finds the others and their agents, and follows the work in progress. Then the data: add to the Library the folders, mails and tables the agents may read, with your approval.

And your tools: Gmail, Drive, Outlook, …

  3. Approve

Schedule a mission every day, week or month, or on the arrival of a document or a letter. Results arrive at the Portico; what the agents propose goes through “To review”, where you approve or correct.

And what Agora knows can be looked up by channel or by mission, and forgotten in a click.

For the whole team.

Each department hands Agora what takes up its time, and everyone follows the work in one place. One seat per person; everyone keeps their role in your Klair organisation.

Support
A summary of the week's customer requests, from the support inbox.

Modules

Agora does the groundwork. Modules add a trade to it.

A module is added per seat, for the people who use it.

Connectors or modules?

Connectors
They link the tools you already have: Gmail, Odoo…
Modules
They add what you do not have.

You're in Agora

The Portico opens, with the trial days left and “Invite my team”.

The trial needs an e-mail address at your company's domain. Invited by your team? One screen: “Join Dupont Agency”.

Fourteen days to try, per seat after.

A 14-day trial, up to 5 seats, with no charge before it ends; then one seat per person, and one credit wallet for the AI of Agora and its modules. See pricing

Before you try

Who can open the trial?

The owner of an organisation without Agora, with an e-mail address at their company's domain. One trial per organisation: 14 days, up to 5 seats and 10,000 credits, with a card asked at the start and no charge before the end.

And at the end of the 14 days?

The organisation moves to Pro with the seats in use, and the first charge is made. Cancel before the end from Manage subscription, in Settings › Subscription and invoices: Agora then turns read-only and its modules close.

And if the credits run out?

Agora puts its work on hold; nothing is lost. An owner tops up, or everything resumes when the month renews.

Does Agora act without us?

No. A mission starts after you approve its scope, access and actions. What the agents propose goes through “To review”, and every prepared e-mail waits for your approval before it is sent.

Which mission would you like to entrust?
